Biomass Burner Systems

A biomass pellet burner is an efficient and eco-friendly heating system that burns compressed organic waste (biomass pellets) to generate heat for commercial and industrial applications. Biomass burner systems operate through an automated and controlled combustion process, ensuring reliable and sustainable energy generation.

These systems are designed to deliver consistent thermal output while reducing dependency on fossil fuels, lowering emissions, and minimizing operating costs.

Biomass Combustion Process
  • Fuel Storage & Feeding: Pellets are stored in a hopper and automatically fed into the combustion chamber using a screw feeder or auger at a controlled rate.
  • Ignition: An automatic electric ignition system ignites the pellets inside the combustion chamber.
  • Combustion: A fan supplies primary and secondary air to ensure optimal and complete combustion at high temperatures (up to 1200°C in the chamber).
  • Heat Transfer: The generated heat is transferred to a heat exchanger, which heats air, water, or thermal fluid for the intended application (e.g., steam boiler, hot air generator).
